1. Please note that the one year warranty policy applies only to the items made from silver.

2. Most of our jewelry is qualified for a one year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship. The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than an authorized Karatlove representative.

3. Our dedicated "Quality Assurance Team" inspects every item before shipment to ensure that you receive a high quality product. If you receive a defective product, please contact us with order number, contact information and defective product images. We'd be happy to assist you to repair the product.

4. Karatlove reserves the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as deemed by our jewelry professionals.

5. Karatlove will not be responsible for lost or stolen products.
